| The author and speaker, Dharmapriya, has practised Yoga for more than 25 years. He has studied in the Iyengar Institute in India and been taught by the seniormost Iyengar teachers in the West. Born in Canada, he has lived in Germany since 1983, where he helps train Yoga teachers.
